AIRPORT

  • Which airports do you service?

    • ORF, PHF, RIC, IAD, DCA, BWI, RDU and beyond.

  • What is curbside pickup?

    • The chauffeur will meet the passenger at the designated area for commercial vehicle pickup (usually outside of the arrival terminal). The chauffeur will have a sign with the last name of the passenger or business. The passenger will receive a notification (text message) via mobile phone when the vehicle has arrived. Curbside pickup is included in all airport transfers, and there's no additional charge.

  • What is Meet and Greet Service?

    • Meet and Greet service is when the chauffeur meets passengers inside the baggage claim area at the airport. The chauffeur will have a sign with the last name of the passenger or business. The passenger will receive a notification (text message) via mobile phone. They also assist with luggage. Meet and Greet service is an additional charge.

  • Do you track flights?

    • Yes, we track flights when we have the correct airline and flight number.

  • What if my flight is delayed and rescheduled to another day/time?

    • Suppose the passenger's flight is delayed on the same day as the initial reservation time. We will (if there is availability) reschedule the passenger's reservation.

    • Suppose the flight is canceled and rescheduled to another date. The new reservation will be based on availability. If we are able to accommodate, the service will be scheduled only ONCE as a courtesy if caused by the airlines. If the passenger reschedules more than once, a new reservation must be made, and the passenger will be charged the full amount for the service.

24 Hour Transportation

  • Do you pick up late at night or early morning?

    • Yes, we can provide 24-hour transportation. We charge an after-hours fee between 11:00 pm and 6 am.

Same Day Transportation

  • Do you provide same-day service?

    • Yes, we provide same-day service if we have availability at the time requested. Same-day service can not be reserved online. If same-day service is needed, please call, text, or email for a response.

City/Out of State Transportation

  • Do you travel to different cities and states?

    • Yes, we provide city-to-city and out-of-state transportation.

Medical Transportation

  • What type of medical transportation do you provide?

    • We provide transportation for passengers who are receiving medical procedures or going to an appointment. WE DO NOT HAVE ANY WHEELCHAIR-ACCESSIBLE VEHICLES. The passenger must be able to enter and exit the vehicle by themselves. The chauffeur will be there to assist them. 

    • We offer two types of medical transportation services: Pickup/Drop off and Hourly service. 

    • Pickup/drop off service is for passengers who need to be picked up or dropped off at a particular time. This can be a one-way or roundtrip transfer service in which the vehicle will not wait. This service is best for passengers who have a specific pickup and drop-off time.

    • Hourly service is for passengers who do not know the exact time when their procedure/visit will be done. The vehicle will wait for the passenger until their visit is done.

    • We do not accept insurance or Medicaid at this time.

    • We provide local, regional, and out-of-state transportation.

Child Seats

  • Do you provide car and booster seats?

    • Yes, we provide car and booster seats for an additional charge. 


Winery/Brewery Tours

  • Do you provide winery and brewery tours?

    • Yes, we provide winery and brewery tours. The customer can pick the winery/breweries that they would like to attend. 


Senior Citizen Service

  • What is Senior Citizen Transportation?

    • Our senior citizen transportation is a local service for the Hampton Roads area residents. This service is for various errands such as shopping, hair appointments, restaurant outings, etc.

    • This service is offered Monday - Thursday, 6 am-6 pm. Reservations only and must be 60 years or older.

    • Service is not valid for medical appointments or airport or train transfers.

Vehicles

  • What type of vehicles do you use?

    • As of now, we provide SUV transportation only. We offer different rates based on the number of passengers/luggage. A step stool can be provided upon request.

Personal and Corporate Accounts

  • Do you offer personal and or corporate accounts?

    • Yes, we offer personal and corporate accounts. A username and password will be sent to your email address to access your account.

Passenger App

  • Do you have a passenger app?

    • Yes, we have a passenger app available to download (Apple App Store/ Google Play Store). 

    • The app allows customers to check pricing, create reservations, confirm/cancel reservations, track their vehicles, and more.

Military and College

  • Do you have base access?

    • Yes, we have access to the following bases:
    • NSN
    • NSA
    • Portsmouth Naval Annex
    • JEB Little Creek - Fort Story
  • Do you offer a military discount?

    • Yes, we offer a military discount for active-duty personnel only. 

    • Must show active duty I.D. Contact us for a promo code to reserve online.

  • Do you provide a discount for college students and faculty?

    • Yes, we provide a discount for college students and faculty in The Hampton Roads and surrounding areas. 

    • Must have student or faculty ID.

    • Contact us for a promo code to reserve online.

    • Only valid for online reservations.

Covid

  • What are your COVID protocols?

    COVID Precautions: 

    • We sanitize and wipe down everything in the vehicle between each ride.
    • The air in the vehicle is sanitized before passengers enter the vehicle. 
    • Hand sanitizer is in the vehicle. 
    • The chauffeur wears a mask for the entire duration of the ride. A face mask is not required of passengers in the vehicle behind the chauffeur. 
    • The front seat is not available at this time for social distancing.

Cancellation Policy

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    • If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. A full refund is issued if canceled within 48 hours of reservation. Anytime after 48 hours, no refunds will be issued.
